B2 is a small consulting company based in North Texas. Founded in 2019, we have thrived by focusing attention where it matters - on the results that our customers are seeking. Give us your biggest, most complex initiatives. Chances are we have delivered a similar project for a different customer. That knowledge can be your gain.
As of 2026, we offer 3 core lines of business:
AI Product Management - Take advantage of our first-principles point of view on how to convert ideas to AI-native solutions using state of the art AI-infused application development tools and important fundamental delivery strategies. This offering is primarily technical delivery.
AI Transformations - Let us be your trusted partner in advancing modern AI thinking and AI-based products to your workforce using an industry standard Prosci OCM approach. This offering is primarily change management.
Project Management (includes Program Management and Scrum Master) - this is time/materials-based contract work, where we provide the leadership necessary to deliver the results you are looking for. This offering is primarily the application of 20+ years of leadership experience in delivering business critical platforms and solutions.
Our founder is Blake Brownlee, a well-respected and highly grounded consultant and project management professional. He started his career as a developer and analyst working in the telecom and semiconductor industries. He became a talented technical resource early in his career, specializing in web-based applications and ETL and database solutions. Eventually he began taking on more management assignments.

Over time, Mr. Brownlee’s career achieved balance through merging his strong technical perspective and personnel leadership capabilities. The culmination of this synergy was a decided career path beginning in 2008 toward project management. After earning a PMP, he started taking on project management responsibilities. These opportunities grew over several years in size and complexity, and eventually allowed him to travel the world leading teams through the complexities and challenges of core system migrations.
By 2015, Mr. Brownlee started working for boutique consulting firms as a consulting project manager and Scrum Master. He developed a sense of customer service through these valuable experiences that was not self-evident working as a staff project resource. By 2019, he started his own company, B Squared - IT Delivered (or colloquially, “B2”). This company launched with an initial project delivering a hybrid on-prem/cloud infrastructure delivery project for a well-respected bank. This set B2 up for taking on more challenges, and the rest is history!
A renowned philanthropist, Mr. Brownlee regularly contributes to charitable organizations in the North Texas area. One area of great pride is his participation since 2022 as an entrepreneurship coach and judge a local high school that is applying the Uncharted Learning team’s “INCubator.edu” curriculum. The class teaches high school students how to think like an entrepreneur and develop a business. The program culminates in a “Shark Tank” type competition where judges oversee a proposal from the top business plan teams and decide which team has the best pitch (for a cash prize!). Any opportunity to give back to the community, B2 will take the lead!
